Back to the field 2022

We are absolutely delighted to back on the field. Our season began with one of our local competitions, the Bill Drake cup held on April 24th. The final was played on Sunday May 1st between the Young Ireland’s and Kevin Barry’s. Young Ireland‘s defeated the Kevin Barry’s 6-16 to 1-12.

Our annual football 7’s was held on May 14th.

Our annual camogie/hurling 7’s was held on May 21st.

Hurling B- Jersey shore.

On Sunday May 22nd we began another local completion, the Jim Harvey Cup. The final is being held Wednesday June 1st between the Delco Gaels and Kevin Barry’s.

We have also had our new GDA selected, Billy Hegarty began his tenure this month. Congratulations, Billy.
